Tourmaline Bathroom

The homeowner noticed a leak in the downstairs ceiling coming from the Shower area in the Master Bathroom. After exploratory demo, it was discovered that the shower pan and grout work was failing. After squaring away the project with the insurance company, we worked with the client to repair the bathroom floor, shower and walls, as well as the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom. The client wanted to do more with their bathroom space, so we partnered with them to do a more complete remodel, featuring full glass shower walls, a free standing soaker tub, in-floor heating, full tile floors, and a new vanity. Plumbing, electrical and drywall were also updated and restored.
